BOX HILL

This custom new home boasts bold modern finishes, features warm Sydney Bluegum floors, open plan living, a large entertaining terrace looking out over the leafy eastern suburb of Box Hill. This has been designed perfectly for this young growing family. Construction to commence in September 2021.

MURRUMBEENA

This two storey brick veneer family home was designed with the intention of proving ample space, design simplicity, giving ownership to the family to create a home that is able to grow and evolve with their family. Construction commencement, June 2021.

BENTLEIGH EAST

These two storey boutique townhouses talk to their bayside location with modern luxury finishes, quality bespoke joinery,  open space living flowing out into an entertainers alfresco. Construction commencement June 2021.

FLAWN

Set down a private lane within the Canterbury Heritage precinct, this ageing Apartment needed to be modernised while still emulating the luxury quality of yesteryear and proudly sit within the other luxury renovated properties of Canterbury.

It was most important to our clients to consider designing a spacious and sleek modern bathroom with a large focus on the traditional luxurious finishes that are seen within surrounding luxury terraces.

BORCI

Our clients had a clear intent for the design from our very first meeting; the brief was to create a luxurious Hamptons inspired kitchen, and to take advantage of the home’s existing classical architecture.

GOLTEN

This home was already a stunner before our team started and we quickly recognised during our design meetings with our clients, the need to keep the original charm where we could.

In terms of knocking down existing walls and reconfiguring internal spaces, our clients were completely on board and so, a demolition and new floor plan came into play.

SCHNABL

During the initial design meeting with this client, it became evident that their house needed to be well planned out, with dedicated storage to retain order and organisation.

In the kitchen, the island became a standalone feature piece. We used Caesarstone Empira White with waterfall ends on both sides. This feature island is a great place for children to convene while dinner is prepared; or for friends to gather over a wine anda laugh.

SWORD

The brief of this project was to create an open plan living; incorporating kitchen which was initially in the centre of the house with the dining and second family room.

The result was truely breathtaking with the quintessential Australian landscape visible from every part of the house.

NDIS bathroom renovation

This NDIS client requested their new bathroom serve two key elements; functionality and aesthetics, they really had a vision for their new bathroom to be purposeful, good looking, and with an abundance of natural light.
